Is there a brokerage fee for seekers?

No! InSquare operates on a zero-brokerage model for seekers. You only pay the room rent and a minimal platform fee. This makes finding a room affordable and transparent.

How are properties verified?

All properties go through a verification process that includes document verification of the spacer, physical inspection of the property (for premium listings), and review of photos and amenities. We ensure only genuine listings appear on our platform.

What if I have issues with my booking?

Our 24/7 customer support team is here to help! You can reach us via phone, email, or WhatsApp. We also have a dispute resolution system to handle any issues between spacers and seekers fairly.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking. The refund policy depends on the cancellation window: Full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in, 50% refund for 24-48 hours, and no refund for less than 24 hours. Some properties may have different policies.
